I simply enjoy being in the water, so of course scuba was on my to-try-list, when traveling to Australia in 2009. After that, there was no turning back and I even loved diving in cooler waters of Germany, my home country. Having completed the diving assistant instructor training, I enjoyed most the teaching as well as conducting try scuba dives, so the desire grew to turn the now-and-then activity into a profession. It's just great to see people smiling after their first underwater experience and managing a new skill like snorkeling or braving cold waters! Besides scuba diving and talking about diving and reading anything about it, I do also enjoy motorcycle riding, hiking and gardening, basically everything that happens outside in the nature.
